FAQs

As an NHS contracted pharmacy we can manage, dispense and deliver repeat prescriptions all across the UK. Our team is made up of highly trained pharmacists alongside dispensing technicians and healthcare advisors. We are the experts in ensuring you get the right medicines, at the right time, every time.
-
Once you’ve made the decision to transfer your prescription to Pharmacy Cube, all you need to do is fill in our online sign up form. Once completed a member of the team will be in contact to discuss the specifics of your medication and healthcare requirements. We’ll arrange to have your first prescription delivered and advise you how we can help you manage your condition better.
-
In some cases we may not be allowed to order prescriptions on your behalf. If this is the case, we can still remind you when you need to order your prescription. Simply order as normal and we’ll arrange delivery of your medicines to you.
-
Most medicines will be delivered by Royal Mail in plain, discreet packaging. In some cases we are able to offer a local delivery service by one of our dedicated fleet drivers. We’ll let you know when we dispatch your items and you may receive an email or text message on the day of delivery to let you know when your parcel will arrive. We will do our utmost to ensure you are informed when your items are due to arrive.
-
Whilst we prefer to deliver to a home address, we can also deliver to your place of work, a carer or neighbour. You can also choose a safe place for us to leave your items if you are not at home. In most cases a card will be left to assist you in arranging a free re-delivery.
